Our Leaders
The leadership structure of Grace Bible Church is based in the Biblical offices of Elders, Deacons and Deaconesses. Our Pastor is the teaching elder with responsibilities in the weekly pulpit ministry and daily administration of the church. All our elders work together in leading the church with the assistance of the Deacons and Deaconess who serve according to the direction of the Elders and take on many of the pragmatic responsibilities so the Elders can concentrate on the ministry of the Word and prayer.

Our Pastors & Elders
We are committed to a plurality of godly men leading the church. We have four men – Ed Colón, Scott Harris, Jonathan Harris, & Sam Ramac who have been formally ordained after completion of our extensive requirements to ensure each meets the Biblical qualifications for pastoral ministry (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:7-9; 1 Peter 5:1-4). Two of the men have M.Div. degrees (The Master’s Seminary and Southeast Baptist Theological Seminary). All of the men are humble servants of Christ who are committed to fulfilling Ephesians 4:12 in equipping the saints for the work of service. They have a combined total of over 70 years of experience in diverse ministries including: Biblical preaching and teaching, work & home Bible studies, conference speaking, podcasting, authoring published books, leadership development, Christian Education, Pastoral counseling, prison & rescue ministries, domestic & overseas missions, evangelism, camp counseling, children’s & youth ministry, college campus organizations, and serving on the leadership boards of ministries including our church association (IFCA International) at state, national and international levels. The only difference we make between pastors and elders is that pastors receive remuneration for their work.
Our Deacons & Deaconesses / Women’s Servant Council: Our Deacons assist the Elders in giving oversight to the care of the facilities and property, handling the details of financial matters, and caring for needs within the congregation. Our Deaconesses assist the Elders as needed and provide leadership for our ministries to women. Because the term “deaconess” seems to confuse many people for different reasons, we use the name “Women’s Servant Council” which is descriptive of their ministry and responsibilities.
